Placement of an order shall be considered an ‘offer’ and also an acceptance of these terms & conditions. If we do not reject your order within 48 hours via email, then this shall be considered our acceptance of your offer. Receiving an automated ‘Order Confirmation’ page or email is not an acceptance of your offer but rather an indication that your order details are being processed.
Money-back Guarantee
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you are not happy with the quality of an item purchased from our site, or you believe that the item received is not as pictured on our online catalogue [note colour representation can vary depending on your screen’s settings], then you can return your purchase in its original condition together with the invoice within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price less our original postage costs.
This return guarantee does not apply if you have changed your mind, if your circumstances have changed, or you ordered the wrong item. It is intended to guarantee the quality of our products and to safeguard the customer against any mistake we may make. Please note refunds will not be given for items that show signs of wear, or are not in their original condition. The first step is to send us an email outlining the issue.
Refunds
If your goods seem to have been damaged in transit or are otherwise faulty please contact us immediately for refund or replacement.
Method of Refund
To prevent fraud EJeweller.com.au will only refund money via the same method and into the same account that payment was made to us from, after the goods are received and checked (around 5 working days).
How to make a return
To start the return process firstly send us an email stating your reasons and once we have accepted them we will advise you of the next step.

If we find that you have ordered an item that was incorrectly priced, incorrectly described, or no longer available, we will immediately contact you before proceeding with your order, for your instructions.
Vouchers
Any vouchers or coupons used on our website by you are used on the understanding that we may refuse an invalid or expired voucher irrespective of whether our website accepts the voucher during the ordering process.
Fraud
Ejeweller.com.au reserves the right to refuse to fulfil orders which it deems likely to be fraudulent or of a high risk nature. Any suspected fraudulent activity will be immediately reported to the authorities.

Ejeweller.com.au retains any intellectual property arising from a custom made design irrespective of the level of design input of a customer unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from our premises and delivery can be made to a street address, post office box, or parcel locker
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order please do so as early as possible by simply sending an email to us stating your desire to cancel the order. Include the order number supplied when the order was placed. Items that are special quoted orders, or custom made to your instructions a 25% fee if we have commenced manufacture the goods and/or non-returnable components have been ordered by us.
General Terms and Conditions
Risk in any goods supplied by eJeweller.com.au shall pass to the customer when goods are delivered to the customer, however, ownership of the goods is retained by eJeweller.com.au until payment in full has been received by us.
