Ordering Process

  • 1. Place your order on our website and receive an instant automated confirmation email.
  • 2. You make payment by your chosen method (if you haven’t already done so during the checkout).
  • 3. You receive an email from us if further information is required, or if we do not receive payment.
  • 4. You receive an email from us that your jewellery & Tax Invoice have been shipped.


We create, or have others create, almost all items to order. Each product detail page specifies the production time for that particular item. Stock items will be marked as such.

Following are the general expected production & delivery timelines:

Production/Lead Time [production time starts after payment is received]

  • All Precious Metal Wedding Rings (not diamond or gemstone set)- 14 business days
  • Plain Gold or Silver Jewellery – 21 business days
  • Diamond/Gemstone set or Custom-made Jewellery – 28 business days
  • Stock Items – 2 business days
  • Urgent orders may be accommodated by request at faster times – please let us know as soon as possible

Delivery Time [Times are in addition to production times above]

  • NSW, ACT: 1-2 business days
  • VIC, QLD: 2-3 business days
  • SA: 3-4 business days
  • WA, TAS, NT: 4-5 business days
  • NB: the above are estimates only. These times can increase for remote locations and during busy seasons.
  • “Business Day” is defined as Monday to Friday except public holidays.
