Ejeweller.com.au retains any intellectual property arising from a custom made design irrespective of the level of design input of a customer unless otherwise agreed.


All orders are shipped from our premises and delivery is to be to a physical address or PO BOX.


If you would like to cancel your order please do so as early as possible by simply sending an email to info@ejeweller.com.au stating your desire to cancel the order. Include the order number supplied when the order was placed. Items that are special quoted orders, or custom made to your instructions, and all watches will incur a 20% restocking fee if we have commmenced manufacture the goods and/or components have been ordered by us.

Risk in any goods supplied by eJeweller.com.au shall pass to the customer when goods are delivered to the customer, however, ownership and property in each item of the goods supplied is retained by eJeweller.com.au until payment in full of the purchase price
